To Our Valued Customers:

Like most of you, we are preparing for the impact that COVID-19 is going to have on our daily lives and communities. As always, our top priority and commitment is to keep our customers, employees and families safe and healthy.

SE Blueprint Cleveland and Akron Operations will remain open.

As an essential part of the supply chain for health care, utilities and construction operations we will remain open. SE Blueprint is an essential service provider to the AEC industry. We will continue to provide information management services and construction critical communications to support our customers. We will provide delivery services, with adherence to all health guidelines in place.

Engaged and Committed to Helping Control COVID-19:

We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation, especially governmental mandates, and recommendations set forth by the World Health Organization ( and Center for Disease Control and Prevention ( At the same time, we are continuing to operate our business at full capacity and provide you with the highest quality prints, products and services you have come to expect from us.

Business Delivery Service:

To protect you and our drivers, SE Blueprint, Inc. drivers will be implementing additional Steps to Prevent Illness as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. To avoid contact altogether, please include instructions with your order if you’d like us to leave your order outside your office door or in your reception area. When available we will note the person’s name receiving the order.

Home Delivery Service:

To support working from home, we offer residential delivery services. We will leave packages at your front door to avoid unnecessary contact and will call the number on the order to communicate that your package has arrived.

Coming to our stores:

We are also expanding our normal cleaning efforts to include frequent disinfecting of counters and doors. We are practicing appropriate social distancing of six feet in our customer service areas. We will continue to monitor CDC updates and guidelines and adhere to all new information as we receive it.

Again, health and safety is our top priority. We’ve been operating in this great city for 30 years now and we’re here to help support your business and do our part in keeping our community safe.
