Mike Gowan, 6-year veteran and Reality Capture Manager, scanned the interior and exterior of the property in less than five hours generating 253 scans of the property using the Matterport Pro3 scanner. This device captures both digital measurements and photographs simultaneously, resulting in a high-quality point cloud utilized for CAD drawings and an online Virtual Tour accessible from any web browser.
With more than 1,000 projects scanned, Mike's knowledge associated with proper scan placement, proper tripod for exterior scanning and post processing techniques produced a best-in-class deliverable for stakeholders.
